The arm chop works great. I am very pleased about the efort they made into making him. they made him better than the toy story collection version. he has 15 saying which is perfect for this toy ( all from the movies.. Most notably, the wings extend further and there are lights on the end of the wings. His helmet pops open and he says more phrases than the original Buzz. So far it has held up to some pretty aggressive play. The other features such as karate chop arm, a helmet that pops open and a laser on his arm are all fun.
