I bought a lot of small party-favor/carnival type toys on Amazon and this was definitely one of the best values. It's a hard shell- much more durable than Easter eggs, which separates quite easily. The little dinosaur inside is surprisingly well detailed for the price. I think kids see this as offering more than other toys in the same price range.

My daughter enjoyed hunting these eggs for Easter but has not played with them since. They are very small and she has lost a few already. Not very sturdy and she was not able to open the eggs herself. It requires an adults help.

I ordered these for my three year old's class egg hunt. I wanted to do something besides candy.
first they did not delivery on time so i had to buy more eggs from the store. second they are cute eggs and colorful third the dinosaurs are VERY small and could choke a child or animal. fourth my children did not care at all for these. not one response from them. they looked and walked away. they are 3,4, and 6
